A Good Year

What a wonderful 2012 we had here at the Fisher house :)

January
*We returned from MO with new presents (like the Hummer) and played for hours.

*FRG meeting and homemade sugar cookies.  An easy going month.

March
*Relaxed at home.
*Nini came for a visit.
*Made new friends and shared date nights!
*I took up running.

 April
*Chance and I started running together.  He's a great coach (even if he made me run harder than I wanted).
*Took the boys to a farm/zoo.

May
*Kept running even though the NC humidity was starting to be killer!
 June
*Found out we were expecting baby #3!
*Flew home for a much needed visit with family and friends!  Our last "vacation" home.

 July
*Celebrated the 4th while still at home.
*Flew back to NC and saw baby #3 for the first time.

August
*Family day mini golfing and eating frozen yogurt.
*Relaxation before the busiest part of our year was about to begin.
*Moved the boys into a room together.
*Tried not to melt :)

September
(Maybe my favorite month this year)
*Isaac started soccer AND preschool!  Wow!
*Our sweet baby Landon turned 2 years old.
*Papa Paul came to visit.
*We found out baby #3 was a GIRL!!!

October
*Fall fun painting pumpkins.
*Going to the pumpkin patch.
*Buddy Bear turned 4 years old!

November
*Papa Fisher, Uncle Ryan and Aunt Rayna came for Thanksgiving!

December
*Decorated for Christmas with the boys.
*Nini and Papa came for the holiday.

2012 was amazing!  We are certainly thankful for the blessings God gave us this year.

Christmas 2012

We had a fantastic Christmas!  I just forgot to take pictures..

Luckily the reason for that is because I was in the moment and enjoying the family we had here.  Hopefully I can get some of my parent's pictures from them.

We played lots of games.  Built with lots of blocks.  And ate! :)

The boys really enjoyed the presents they received.  Isaac's favorite was a game called Doggie Doo.  Yes, it is what it sounds like.  We tried to talk him out of it for months (literally), but finally decided not to fight it and let the boy have his fun.  The game is hilarious.  I'll take pictures the next time we're playing :)  Landon's favorite was a vacuum.  His reaction when he opened it was priceless!  He screamed "VACUUM!  VACUUM!" over and over.  Another time I was in the moment and didn't record.  He has been cleaning ever since :)

Christmas afternoon we made Jesus a strawberry birthday cake and decorated it.  Standing around as a family singing Happy Birthday to Jesus was a special moment (that I didn't photograph either).

Here is what I DID take pictures of :)

Nini had only been here 5 minutes and they already had her outside playing :)

Watching monster truck videos on Papa's computer

Relaxing with Maggie Dog

Fixing things with Papa

Enjoying the nice weather :)  Our last warm Christmas in NC

Right before the boys woke up on Christmas morning.  All was calm...for a few minutes :)

Stockings.  I can't believe we have 5!
  Very thankful :)

I'll do a baby update soon since sister will be here in less than 6 weeks!  I am SO excited!

December Already?

I think I start every post with how much time is flying.  So I won't do that this time...

It's almost Christmas which means we're about 12 days away from more visitors!  I don't know who Isaac is more excited to see.  Nini and Papa or Maggie dog.

The boys have been a handful lately.  They just want to fight and whine a lot.  I'm hoping it's a phase that passes by the end of January since we'll have enough noise from a newborn to keep us busy :)

As crazy as they are though, they sure are cute.  Something I'll never get over.  I could look at them all day!

Giving Daddy a group massage while he reads.
Doesn't he look so relaxed ;)

Attempting a cute little photo session

Pulling hair.  I swear they do love each other.

See :)
